USM ENGINEERING CAMPUS WINS BANK RAKYAT TEAM BOWLING CHAMPIONSHIP 2025

BUKIT MERTAJAM, 13 December 2025 - Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), through its Engineering Campus, took part in the Bank Rakyat Jawi Branch Team Bowling Championship 2025, which was held at Ole-Ole Super Bowl here recently.

The USM team, represented by Mohd Nurul Azrol Mohd Yusof, Mohd Rahmat Ariffin, Rosni Hasan and Nor Zainah Bahari, delivered a strong performance in the tournament, which featured the participation of 11 teams from various government agencies in Seberang Perai Selatan.

The USM Engineering Campus team emerged as the overall champion after recording a total of 1,249 pinfalls, winning the Bank Rakyat Challenge Trophy as well as the Accompanying Trophy.

Meanwhile, Mohd Nurul Azrol Mohd Yusof and Rosni Hasan each won the Men’s Hi-Series and Women’s Hi-Series categories respectively, both with identical scores of 336 pinfalls.
